It is done once again. The 2024 harvest has come. Thanks to the weather gods, we only got a little wet. Many thanks to all the helpers who contributed to the success of this day! See you next time in 2025!
The result is impressive: approx. 1300l Pinot Blanc with 98 degrees Oechsle and approx. 1100l Pinot Noir with 95 degrees Oechsle came from Jochen’s press. The Pinot Noir is partly processed as a base wine for sparkling wine and the rest this time becomes a Blanc de Noir.
